Big bang in the mid-range! Oppo F33 Pro 5G launched with 7000mAh battery, IP69K rating, know high-end features

Oppo has launched its new mid-range smartphone Oppo F33 Pro 5G in the Indian smartphone market today. Along with this, the company has also introduced standard Oppo F33 5G. Both these phones are new mid-range devices of Oppo’s F series.

The new Oppo F33 Pro 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6000 series chipset, which is also backed by a 7,000mAh battery. The handset also features a dual rear camera unit, which houses a 50-megapixel main shooter. Now let us look at all the details from its price and features.

Oppo F33 Pro 5G price, availability
The Oppo F33 Pro 5G handset has been launched in India in two storage configurations. Its starting price is set at Rs 37,999, which is for its base 8GB + 128GB RAM model. On the other hand, the top-of-the-line variant, with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at Rs 40,999. This phone will be available on the official websites of Flipkart and Oppo. Oppo F33 Pro 5G is available in Misty Forest, Passion Red and Starry Blue colors.

Oppo F33 Pro 5G supports two Nano SIMs and runs on Oppo’s ColorOS 16, which is based on Android 16. The smartphone features a 6.57-inch full-HD+ (1,080 × 2,372 pixels) flat AMOLED display that offers up to 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1,400 nits peak brightness, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1.07 billion colors, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, as well as AGC DT-STAR D+ screen protection. The company claims that the handset comes with IP66 + IP68 + IP69K rating for dust and water resistance.

The new Oppo F33 Pro 5G has an octa core MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max chipset, which is built on 6nm process. For thermal management, the smartphone has a SuperCool Vapor Chamber (VC) cooling system, which has 4,289 sq mm heat dissipation area.

As for optics, the Oppo F33 Pro 5G sports a dual rear camera unit that houses a 50-megapixel primary shooter with an OV50D40 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, 76-degree field of view, and autofocus. The main camera sports a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor with an f/2.4 aperture and 89-degree field of view.

On the front, the Oppo F33 Pro 5G sports a 50-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls, with an f/2.0 aperture, 100-degree field of view, and autofocus. The handset can record videos up to 1080p/60 fps.

The Oppo F33 Pro 5G packs a 7,000mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC wired fast charging. For connectivity, the handset also supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, a USB Type-C port, BeiDou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS.

The list of onboard sensors includes a proximity sensor, an ambient light sensor, a color temperature sensor, an e-compass, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, and an in-display optical fingerprint sensor for security. Its size is 158.4×75.2×8.3mm and weight is approximately 194g.
