New Delhi. The process of party change has started amid Maharashtra Assembly Elections. The NCP, which is in power in the state, has suffered a setback before the elections. NCP leader of Ajit Pawar faction Sameer Bhujbal has left the party. Sameer Bhujbal, nephew of state government minister and senior leader Chhagan Bhujbal, is the president of NCP's Mumbai unit. Mumbai Unit President). He has also announced to contest the elections as an independent candidate from Nandgaon Assembly Seat.

Ajit Pawar got relief news from Supreme Court

Earlier, there was relief news for Ajit Pawar from the Supreme Court. Actually, the court gave its verdict on Thursday on the use of 'clock' election symbol. Ajit faction's NCP has got permission to use 'Ghadi' in Maharashtra Assembly Elections. A bench of Justice Surya Kant and Justice Ujjwal Bhuiyan heard the case.
