Big change in weather in March! Light drizzle in Delhi-NCR, warning of rain and strong storm in these states
New Delhi: The month of March is now slowly moving towards summer, but the weather in North India is still not completely stable. On Monday, the weather patterns will be seen changing in many states. At some places mild heat will be felt and at some places strong winds and clouds will give relief to people. There is also a possibility of rain in some areas, due to which the weather may remain pleasant.
Light heat may be felt during the day in the capital Delhi and surrounding areas. However, the weather in the morning and night will still be quite comfortable. The sky is expected to be clear and there will be light sunshine. Due to intermittent strong winds the temperature will not increase much. There is also a possibility of light rain at some places, which may provide relief to people.
How will the weather be in UP, Bihar and Punjab?
The temperature may increase during the day in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, due to which mild heat will be felt. However, some areas may remain cloudy, which will keep the weather somewhat balanced. Especially in Eastern UP and Bihar, the effect of heat can be reduced due to strong winds. Talking about Punjab and Haryana, the weather here is going to be mostly clear. Nevertheless, due to the effect of western disturbance, clouds may be visible at some places. The temperature may remain slightly above normal, but the weather will not be too hot.
Signs of rain and snowfall in hilly states
The weather may take a turn in the high altitude areas of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. There is a possibility of light rain and snowfall at some places, due to which it will remain cold. There is a possibility of cloud cover and falling temperature in the lower areas. Due to this change, the effect of cold in the hilly areas will not end yet.
Rain and storm warning in many states
The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for some states between March 23 and March 26. There may be rain and strong storm in Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand during this period. The speed of winds can reach up to 40 kilometers per hour. On March 26, a warning has been given of rain and strong winds in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and surrounding areas.
Strong winds along with thunderstorms may occur in eastern Rajasthan on 23 and 25 March. There is a possibility of light rain and lightning here on March 26. Apart from this, the weather may also remain bad in Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha between 24th to 28th March. There is a possibility of strong storm, thunder and lightning in these states, and the speed of winds can be 30 to 50 kilometers per hour.
How will the weather be in the future?
According to the Meteorological Department, the heat will gradually increase in North India in the coming days. However, due to intermittent western disturbances the weather will continue to fluctuate. This means that at present people will be experiencing a mixed experience of sometimes heat and sometimes cold winds.
