Pratapgarh. In compliance with the orders of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority and the District Magistrate, an important meeting was organized in the Vikas Bhawan Auditorium regarding the preparations for the mega legal aid and mega camp to be organized at Tulsi Sadan on 22 February 2026. The meeting was presided over by Project Director DRDA Dayaram Yadav. District level officers of various departments participated in the meeting. During the meeting, the Project Director said that arrangements will be made in the camp for information, counseling and distribution of benefits related to various administrative and executive schemes run for the welfare of women, children, poor families and Scheduled Castes and Tribes.
He directed all the concerned departments to organize an attractive and informative exhibition of the schemes of their respective departments at the camp site, so that the general public can get clear information regarding the eligibility, application process and benefits of the schemes. Besides, it should also be ensured that after pre-identifying the eligible beneficiaries, certificates, acceptance letters, toolkits and other necessary materials should be distributed to them during the camp itself. In the meeting, the outline of the programme, department-wise responsibilities, stall arrangements, list of beneficiaries and arrangements were reviewed in detail.
Instructions were given to the officials that the camp should be organized in a well-organized, transparent and effective manner, so that as per the intention of the government, more and more people can get the benefits of justice and schemes. In the end, the Project Director called upon all the departments to complete the preparations in a timely manner with full responsibility and seriousness so that the mega legal aid and mega camp to be organized on 22nd February proves to be successful and useful to the public.
