Lucknow. There is a big relief news for the farmers and cattle herders in Uttar Pradesh. Instead of giving the subsidy all at once, the government releases the subsidy in three phases, so that the scheme can be implemented properly. First phase: After construction of dairy shed, Second phase: After purchase of cows, Third phase: When there are at least 10 calves. This system ensures that farmers can take full advantage of the scheme and create a source of sustainable income.
