Big notice from Patna High Court: 42 MLAs of Bihar sought answers on the facts hidden in the affidavit, know the whole matter

Patna. Patna High Court has sent notice to 42 MLAs of Bihar Assembly. It includes MLAs from both the party and opposition parties. It is alleged that many facts were hidden in the affidavit filled during nomination. Apart from this, some MLAs have also been accused of irregularities in the voting process.

High Court gave instructions-
The court has asked all these MLAs to give written answers. The court clarified that the affidavit submitted during nomination is an important part of the democratic system. This ensures that voters get accurate information about the background, assets and other details of the candidates. If this information is given wrong, it will be considered a serious matter.

Shocking names included-
This list includes Assembly Speaker Prem Kumar, Minister Vijendra Yadav, former Minister Jivesh Mishra, JDU MLA Chetan Anand and RJD MLA Amarendra Prasad and other MLAs.

Further process-
The High Court has directed all 42 MLAs to reply within the stipulated time. The move is being seen as an effort to ensure asset and process transparency in the Bihar Assembly.
