Court gave big order

Along with this, issuing an important order in this matter, Delhi High Court has approved the application for interim stay. The court has clearly said that at present no ‘third party rights’ of any kind can be created on Sanjay Kapoor’s property. This simply means that as long as this case is pending in the court, the property can neither be sold nor transferred in the name of any other person. The Court has directed that to protect the rights of the children, ‘status quo’ should be maintained with respect to the entire property.

Not only this, along with the property, the court has also banned Sanjay Kapoor’s foreign bank account and cryptocurrency transactions. At the same time, the court has also directed to file the count statement so that the complete account of money transactions can be revealed.

During the hearing, the court also made it clear that in this case ‘the responsibility of defender number 1 i.e. Priya Kapoor has now increased. The court said that it is the duty of Priya Kapoor to address and resolve all the doubts and questions raised.
