One such case came to light regarding the statement of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, over which there was a lot of controversy. Now Allahabad High Court has given an important decision in this matter, which has given a new direction to the entire controversy.

This petition was filed by a woman named Simran Gupta. This decision of the court has made it clear that at present no legal action will be taken against Rahul Gandhi in this matter.
How did the whole thing start?

Many BJP leaders had given a strong reaction calling it anti-national and demanded action against him.
The case reached the High Court from the lower court
Simran Gupta was the first to file a petition against this statement in Chandausi Court of Sambhal district. He had demanded from the court to monitor and register an FIR against Rahul Gandhi. However, Chandausi Court had rejected this petition on 7 November 2025. After this, Simran Gupta challenged this decision in Allahabad High Court. The hearing of this case in the High Court was completed on 8 April. After the hearing, the court had reserved its decision, which has now been made public.
