Big relief to these employees in UP, they will get full salary

Lucknow. Relief news has emerged for the government employees and officers of Uttar Pradesh. The pending salaries of the employees who have not registered the details of their movable and immovable assets on the Manav Sampada portal will now be released. The government has issued new instructions regarding salary payment for the months of January and February.

However, the government has also made it clear that employees who do not submit asset details will not get some administrative benefits.

Stuck salaries for January-February will be released

The state government has decided to release the outstanding salaries giving relief to such employees, whose payment was stopped due to non-submission of property details. Now the employees will get their salaries, but if the rules are not followed, the process of action may continue at the departmental level.

Ban on promotion and ACP will remain in place

The government has clarified that mere release of salaries will not restore all facilities. Those employees who have not entered their property information on the Manav Sampada Portal within the stipulated time, their processes like promotion, ACP benefits and vigilance clearance will continue to be put on hold. That means employees will be required to complete property details for other administrative benefits.

Instructions to departments to strictly follow

On behalf of the Chief Secretary, instructions have been given to the senior officers of all the concerned departments to ensure that the orders of the government are fully followed. Heads of departments and administrative officers have been given the responsibility to monitor the condition of the employees and take necessary action.

Action against officers for negligence in salary payment

The government has also said that if the salary of any employee has been released contrary to the rules, then the responsibility of the concerned officer will be fixed. In such cases, departmental action can be taken against the officials involved in the payment process.
