Tezzbuzz Desk – Bollywood actor Ayush Sharma was shocked after receiving a threatening email on February 12. According to sources, the person who sent the email claimed to be a member of Lawrence Bishnoi gang and demanded crores of rupees. Initial investigation revealed that the mail was sent through Proton Mail.
Email sent from Sweden?
Technical analysis has revealed that this email may have been sent from Sweden. However, investigating agencies are trying to confirm whether the mail was actually sent from there or whether the location was hidden through a VPN. Indian officials have contacted Swedish agencies and sought detailed information. The Crime Branch has recorded the statement of Ayush Sharma’s manager, but at present no FIR has been registered in this matter.
Other stars have also received threats
Earlier, an incident of firing outside the house of director Rohit Shetty had come to light, after which he received a threatening message. A ransom demand of Rs 10 crore was made to actor Ranveer Singh through WhatsApp voice note. It was reported that this message was sent through the VPN network.
