Why did Hrithik Roshan reject the film ‘Don 2’?

It is worth noting that Farhan Akhtar cast Shah Rukh Khan in Don 2, but it is also true that Hrithik Roshan was his first choice. In 2004, when Hrithik Roshan was busy with his film Lakshya, Farhan wanted to sign him for Don 2. During this period Farhan and Hrithik signed a contract for the film ‘Don 2’.
