To complete the preparations, BCCI has also sent a team to Riyadh.
However, earlier it was reported that BCCI is looking at Dubai, Singapore and London for the mega auction. But according to the latest report, the mega auction will be organized in Saudi Arabia only. The board can officially announce the mega auction after the hotel booking in Riyadh.
If the mega auction takes place on November 24 and 25, then the Indian team will be playing its first Test match against Australia in Perth in the Border Gavaskar Trophy. Spectators will be able to enjoy the match and mega auction on the same day.

New rules for IPL 2025-27
The IPL Governing Council has made some new plans for IPL 2025-27. This time the purse of the franchises has increased by Rs 20 crore. The franchises will have Rs 120 crore in their purse. Apart from this, franchises can retain only a total of 5 players in their team. At the same time, using RTM card, teams can add a player to their team.
