Lucknow. There is great relief news for lakhs of candidates dreaming of becoming teachers in Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission has taken a big step towards making the recruitment process simple, fast and transparent. Under this, ‘e-requisition portal’ has been prepared, which is going to be launched soon.
Portal in final stage, will go live soon
The User Acceptance Test (UAT) of this portal, created to streamline the recruitment process online, has been successfully completed. After the approval of the Secondary and Higher Education Department, the Commission has sent it to the Personnel Department. Now NIC will make it public as soon as it gets final approval. There is a possibility that this portal may go live by next week.
There will be transparency in the recruitment process
The objective of the e-requisition portal is to make the recruitment process completely digital. Through this, aided institutions related to basic, secondary and higher education will be able to send their vacancy proposals directly online. The problems related to delays and transparency that were encountered earlier will be eliminated to a great extent.
Preparation for recruitment on more than 24 thousand posts
Let us tell you that as soon as the portal is launched, the process of teacher recruitment will start on a large scale. In the first phase itself, requisitions will be sent for more than 24 thousand posts. This will include the posts of Assistant Professor and Principal of Higher Education Department, while appointments will be made on posts like TGT, PGT, Principal and Assistant Teacher from the Secondary Education Department.
