The schedule of the 19th edition of IPL 2026 has now been released. This edition will begin on March 28, 2026, and its first match will be played between defending champions Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. BCCI has currently announced the schedule of the first 20 matches. Where can IPL 2026 tickets be booked?
At this time BCCI has not made any official announcement regarding ticket sales. However, a special section ‘Coming Soon’ is being shown for IPL 2026 tickets on Zomato’s District app, indicating that ticket sales are going to start soon. BookMyShow has started pre-sale registration for IPL tickets. Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians matches are available first for registration.
IPL 2026 ticket price
The price of IPL 2026 tickets can range from ₹500 to ₹30,000. Tickets for Royal Challengers Bangalore’s home matches at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru will be priced between ₹2300 to ₹2800. Mid-range seats can cost from ₹3500 to ₹7500 and premium seats can cost from ₹8000 to ₹15,000. Tickets for luxury seats can cost more than ₹30,000.

In view of the upcoming assembly elections in India, BCCI has released the IPL 2026 schedule in two parts. Apart from this, the ongoing war in the Middle East has also affected the players’ travel, leading to cancellation of some flights.
