Bigg Boss 18: Mahesh Babu’s Sister-In-Law Shilpa Shirodkar To Participate In Bigg Boss 18?

Salman Khan is returning with a brand new season of Bigg Boss, and the anticipation among his loyal fans is quite high. There has been constant speculation about the list of participants, and the names of some well-known figures from the entertainment industry are making the rounds on the internet. As per recent reports, Mahesh Babu’s sister-in-law, Shilpa Shirodkar, is set to appear on Salman Khan’s show this season.

Shilpa Shrodkar is the younger sister of Mahesh Babu’s wife, actress Namrata Shirodkar, and as per a report by The Indian Express, she is expected to be one of the contestants in Bigg Boss 18. Shilpa made her Bollywood debut in Ramesh Sippy’s film Bhrashtachar (1989), alongside Mithun Chakraborty and Rekha. Shilpa featured in movies like Kishen Kanhaiya, Trinetra, Hum, Khuda Gawah, Aankhen, Pehchaan, Gopi Kishan, Bewafa Sanam and Mrityudand. After a significant break, she returned to acting in 2013 with the Zee TV series Ek Mutthi Aasmaan.

According to the report, actor Nyrraa Banerji, who appeared in Khatron Ke Khiladi last year, is expected to enter the house. Shoaib Ibrahim, Dheeraj Dhoopar and Nia Sharma are also likely to appear on the show.

Bigg Boss 18 is set to begin on October 6, although the contestant lineup has yet to be announced. The makers released a promo recently that hints at a futuristic theme, with Salman reflecting on prior seasons and implying a significant difference this year.

The superstar suggests that, while previous seasons focused on the present, this one will reinterpret history from a new perspective. The actor goes on to say that technology will be vital in exposing the contestants’ motives. Before the promo ends, Salman urges the candidates to be ready to change the rules, warning them, “Ab hoga time ka tandav.”

Sharing the clip on Instagram, the channel wrote, “This time, an earthquake will shake the house because Time Ka Taandav will take over Bigg Boss. Watch Bigg Boss18, Grand Premiere 6 October at 9 PM, only on Colors and Jio Cinema.”

Last year, Munawar Faruqui had lifted the trophy after beating Abhishek Kumar. Other famous personalities like Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Mannara Chopra and Isha Malvoya had participated in the season.
