Bihar Assembly By-election: Grand Alliance announces candidates, ticket for Jagadanand's son from Ramgarh, see list

Patna. The Mahagathbandhan announced its candidates for the Bihar Assembly by-election on Sunday. According to which, CPI(ML) candidate from Tarari will be Raju Yadav. Whereas, RJD candidate from Belaganj will be Vishwanath Yadav. Vishwanath Yadav is the son of MP Surendra Yadav. According to the announcement, RJD candidate from Ramgarh will be Ajit Kumar Singh. Ajit Singh is the son of Jagdanand Singh. Apart from this, RJD candidate from Imamganj will be Roshan Kumar Manjhi alias Rajesh Manjhi.

Ajit Kumar Singh will file nomination tomorrow

Ajit Kumar Singh has become the RJD candidate for Ramgarh Assembly seat. Nomination of RJD candidate Ajit Kumar Singh is going to happen tomorrow on 21st October. This information has been given by RJD MP Sudhakar Singh. Said that after the nomination, a nomination meeting has been organized at Jagjivan Stadium in Mohania.

By-elections are to be held on Belaganj, Imamganj, Ramgarh and Tarari seats of Bihar. Voting on these seats will take place on November 13. The first phase of voting is also held in Jharkhand on the same day. The results of the by-elections for Maharashtra and Assembly will be declared on November 23. Before the assembly elections, all the political parties of Bihar will try their best to show their strength in the by-elections to be held on these four seats.

Why by-elections on these 4 seats?

Four Bihar MLAs Sudama Prasad, Sudhakar Singh, Surendra Yadav and Jitan Ram Manjhi have been elected MPs in the Lok Sabha elections, after which by-elections are being conducted on these seats. Sudama Prasad used to be MLA from Tarari. Sudhakar Singh was MLA from Ramgarh, Surendra Yadav from Belaganj and Jitan Ram Manjhi from Imamganj. Now in this by-election, on one hand, apart from winning three seats, the Grand Alliance will try to increase its numbers by winning the fourth seat, while on the other hand, the NDA alliance will also try to increase its numbers by winning more than one seat.

Who is fighting on how many seats?

In the by-elections, from the Grand Alliance, RJD will contest on 3 seats and CPI (ML) will contest on one. At the same time, from NDA, BJP (BJP) can contest on 2 seats, JDU (JDU) and we can contest on 1 seat each. Prashant Kishore's newly formed party Jansuraj is going to field its candidates on all four seats in this by-election.
