Bihar: Cabinet expansion will take place in the presence of Modi-Shah, names of new ministers will be discussed
Patna: New movements and equations may soon be seen in the politics of Bihar. Just a few weeks after the formation of the government, preparations for cabinet expansion have intensified. To make this big event special, work is going on vigorously not only at the political level but also at the administrative level. After completion of 22 days of the government formed under the leadership of Samrat Chaudhary, the cabinet expansion will be organized at the historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna on 7th May. Every effort is being made to make this program grand.
Many big leaders of the country are likely to attend this function. According to the information, many senior leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, National President of BJP can participate in it. Apart from this, Chief Ministers of various states and Union Ministers will also be a part of the program. In view of such a large VVIP presence, security arrangements are being made very strict. The administration has made special arrangements at the venue and surrounding areas, so that there is no problem of any kind.
Expansion was postponed due to elections
In fact, recently the cabinet expansion in Bihar was postponed due to assembly elections in five states. Now that the elections have been completed and NDA has got success, enthusiasm is being seen within the alliance. In this environment, preparations are now being made to organize cabinet expansion on a large scale.
New faces may get a chance
According to sources, this time many new leaders can be included in the cabinet. The government will try to maintain ethnic and regional balance. Besides, active and hardworking leaders in the organization are also likely to get opportunities. It is also discussed that the number of ministers of JDU and BJP will be kept almost equal. Apart from this, changes can also be made in the departments of some old ministers, so that the administrative work can be further improved.
Unique event at Gandhi Maidan
Patna’s Gandhi Maidan has been witness to many big political programs in the past also. However, this time’s event is special because here only the collective swearing in of ministers will take place. Usually ministers are sworn in along with the Chief Minister, but this time it will not happen. This will probably be the first time in history when only ministers will be sworn in on this ground. This increases the importance of this event even more.
