Bihar Constable Recruitment Paper Leak Scandal: Absconding constable arrested from Janmejay, Bhojpur.

Patna : The Economic Offenses Wing of Bihar Police has taken major action against cheating and corruption in the constable recruitment examination.

This action of the Economic Offenses Wing is being considered big because in the same day, two people who were absconding in two different cases have been arrested and sent to jail.

Actually, the whole matter is related to the constable recruitment examination held in the year 2023. Written examination for constable recruitment was going on on October 1 in Ramakrishna Dwarka College, Lohia Nagar, Patna. During this time, 6 candidates were caught cheating, but the constable Janmejay Tiwari, who was telling the answers to the questions through mobile to these candidates, was still absconding. Who was arrested by the Economic Offenses Wing on July 3.

Janmejay Tiwari was posted as a driver in the fire department, however, he was removed from the post after his name came up in this case.

Let us tell you that the constable recruitment examination held in the year 2023 was canceled due to paper leak. Apart from this, constable Kamlesh Kumar Singh, constable Omprakash and Abhishek Kumar Singh were also accused of being involved in this incident, who have already been arrested and sent to jail by the police.

The Economic Offenses Wing has made the second arrest of a person named Ramchandra Gupta. A case of disproportionate assets was registered against Ramchandra Gupta in 2013. In which a case has also been registered against him for applying wrong documents of land in the name of his wife Poonam Gupta. Ramchandra Gupta was absconding since his retirement in the year 2020.
