In the first match of Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025, Sakibul Ghani achieved the feat of scoring a century in 32 balls. In the entire innings he scored 128 runs in 40 balls. He has become the Indian to score the fastest century in List-A cricket. On the same day, Ishan Kishan and Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored hundreds in 33 and 36 balls respectively.
