Bihar Development Summit 2026: Gathering of stalwarts in Talkatora, new resolution for development
A grand event of Bihar Development Summit 2026 was organized under the Let’s Inspire Bihar campaign at Talkatora Stadium in Delhi. Hundreds of representatives from India and abroad participated, which became a symbol of realizing the dream of developed Bihar @2047. Union Minister Giriraj Singh inaugurated the summit by lighting the lamp, in which Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha and Industries Minister Dr. Dilip Jaiswal were the chief guests. IPS Vikas Vaibhav conducted the program.
The program began with songs from the campaign and a video on the four-year journey. Artist Manisha Jha, singer Deepak Thakur and poets decorated the cultural stage. Referring to the 5,000 registered people, Vikas Vaibhav recalled the beginning of 2021, when the resolution of three people has today become a movement of 3.5 lakh members.
Rejecting the insult on Bihari identity, he praised the glory of Nalanda-Vikramshila. Cursing casteism, he said that the people of Bihar will have to bring change. Startup revolution should stop migration. Giriraj Singh described Bihar as the intellectual center of India and enumerated the possibilities of employment in industries.
Vijay Sinha stressed on resolution of land disputes, which will become the basis for investment. Dr. Jaiswal called road-industry development the key to self-reliant Bihar. The campaign has opened 30 education centres, added 600 startups and aims to start five in every district by 2028. There will be many national programs ahead.
