Bihar got 10 IAS officers: The cadre has been allotted to 179 Indian Administrative Service officers selected from UPSC in 2024. Out of these, Bihar has got 10 IAS officers. This will provide relief to the shortage of IAS officers in Bihar. According to the notification issued by the Central Government, 12 IAS officers of Bihar origin have been given cadre in another state.
Kumud Mishra got cadre in Bihar: Among the Indian Administrative Service officers who have been allotted the cadre in Bihar, Saurabh Sinha of Jharkhand, whose All India ranking is 43rd. Farkhanda Qureshi of Madhya Pradesh who is ranked 60th. Whereas Kumud Mishra of Bihar is ranked 62nd. Ketan Shukla of Uttarakhand, whose rank is 66th, is included.
In Bihar, 4 people of the same family committed suicide, bodies of father and three daughters were found hanging, two sons survived.
Rajasthan’s Nitish Goyal got Bihra cadre: Kalpana Rawat of Delhi, who is ranked 67th, along with Prince Raj of Delhi, ranked 82nd, Nitesh Goyal of Rajasthan, ranked 68th, Amit Meena of Rajasthan, ranked 133rd, and Deepak Kumar, ranked 178th, have been allotted Bihar cadre.
Bihar origin IAS in Kerala: The 12 Indian Administrative Service officers of Bihar origin who have been posted in other states include All India 13th ranked Hemant and 17th ranked Sanskriti Trivedi to Uttar Pradesh, 32nd ranked Shobhita Pathak to Maharashtra, 75th ranked Ritvik Mehta to Jharkhand, 98th ranked Hrithik Ranjan to Kerala.
