In a personal meeting with Medha Patkar, the chief guest of the Ramchandra Khan Memorial Ceremony held in Patna, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary termed the incident of the dead farmer in Manjhaul as a different incident from the attack on national volleyball player Govind Kumar.
