‘No examination, no vote without seeing the face’ BJP leader made demand amid hijab controversy, said this for Nitish
Bihar Hijab Controversy BJP Demand Face Verification: The political battle over Hijab in Bihar is not showing any signs of stopping. Amidst the controversy related to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Nikhil Anand has now put forward a demand which has sparked a new debate. He has said in clear words that if one does not show his face, he will neither be allowed to take the exam, nor get a job, nor will he have the right to vote. This demand, which came amid the hijab controversy, has intensified the stir in the politics of the state.
National General Secretary of BJP OBC Morcha, Nikhil Anand has written a post on social media platform X and appealed to the Central and Bihar governments to make strict rules. He says that while taking the appointment letter or entering the examination centre, videography of the candidate’s face should be mandatory. This statement has come when the video of CM Nitish allegedly removing the hijab of a female doctor during an event in Patna went viral, on which the opposition is attacking and demanding an apology.
Befitting reply to Pakistani don
Amidst this controversy, a threatening video of Pakistani don Shahzad Bhatti has surfaced, in which he has targeted the Chief Minister. Countering this, Nikhil Anand said that Nitish Kumar is a leader of the people. He bluntly said that the pro-Pakistani, pseudo-secular and people who dream of Sharia law in India should understand that the backward and extremely backward society will no longer remain silent. Police are currently investigating the viral video of Don’s threat.

No entry without videography
Nikhil Anand made it clear in his demand that no man or woman should be allowed to study or get a job in any institution without showing their face. He stressed that facial videography should be done while distributing appointment letters and at the time of entry into the examination centres. Not only this, he also said to bring transparency in the electoral process that no one should be allowed to vote without seeing the face. NDA leaders say that the opposition is unnecessarily giving importance to this issue.
