Patna. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has made Bhojpuri actor Pawan Singh its candidate for the upcoming Bihar Legislative Council elections. On Saturday he reached BJP office in Patna. Here he met Bihar BJP Chief Sanjay Saraogi. After this he also met Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary.

These names were announced through an official statement issued under the signature of the party’s national general secretary and headquarters in-charge Arun Singh. Pawan Singh’s nomination is considered to be the most important aspect of BJP’s announcement. Pawan Singh had campaigned heavily for BJP candidates in Bihar Assembly elections 2025.
