Lucknow. The son riding the bike died in a collision with a high-speed car, while his mother and sister are seriously injured and their treatment is going on. According to the information, Sahil, a resident of Nevra Ghat of Auras police station area of Unnao district, along with his mother Nirmala and sister Chahat, was returning home after visiting Maa Chandrika Devi temple on bike. When he reached near Purva village of Malihabad late on Sunday night, a car coming from the front at high speed hit his bike hard.
The accident was so severe that all three fell off the road and were seriously injured. The villagers present nearby immediately started relief work and informed the police. The police reached the spot and sent the injured to Malihabad Community Health Centre, from where when their condition became serious, they were referred to the Trauma Centre. Sahil died during treatment, causing chaos in the family. The condition of his mother and sister still remains critical.
Police have taken possession of the car involved in the accident and have started investigating the matter. Officials say that strict action will be taken against those who drive carelessly. Local people say that due to high speed and disorganized traffic on this route, accidents keep happening every day, but till now no concrete steps have been taken.
