The bike rider cleared the way for the ambulance
It can be seen in the video that there is a long jam below the flyover and the ambulance is trying to move slowly. Then a bike rider comes forward and starts handling the situation without any hesitation.
He walks in front of the ambulance and signals to the vehicles on his side, sometimes stopping and sometimes moving forward quickly to clear the way. He also looks back repeatedly to see whether the ambulance is moving properly or not. His efforts do not seem to be that of a single person, but like a complete ‘one man traffic police’.
