He admitted to relationships with medical entrepreneur Alice Jacobs Nesselrodet, who holds a doctorate from Harvard Medical School, and Russian nuclear scientist Karima Nigmatulina. Bill Gates said that he had told Melinda about his affair with Nigmatulina and Russian bridge player Mila Antonova before 2013. She also admitted to having an affair with Jacobs, although she said she could not remember when. He said that the affair with Jacobs had happened before 2010. Gates said that this news was very upsetting for Melinda, but they did not talk about getting a divorce.

Talking about her meeting with the Russian nuclear scientist, Gates said that they met through her work on disease modeling and nuclear fission work while she was working for a company called TerraPower, in which Gates was an investor. He said that he had physical relations with Nigmatulina in London and this is mentioned in the Epstein files.

Gates didn’t know Jacobs knew Epstein

Committee members told Gates that Dr. Jacobs had come in contact with Epstein in October 2009. He then introduced Epstein to Dr. Boris Nikolic, one of his most trusted employees, who later became a close friend of Gates and was the main link between Epstein and Gates.

He was asked about an email in which Jacobs called Nikolic his best friend. Gates said she had no idea she knew Epstein. He said he never spoke to Epstein about the three women, and that he probably learned about them from Nikolic.

At the hearing, Gates was also asked whether he had ever had any sexually transmitted disease. He said I never had any STD. The Epstein files, released in January this year, revealed that Gates had tried to secretly give his wife Melinda antibiotics for an STD.

Nikolic introduced Gates to Epstein in 2011 and said that he may have told her about his two extramarital affairs. Gates said that I think when Epstein was writing the emails to himself, he put every possible negative thing, and some that were completely false, into the draft email he sent to himself. The hearing was mainly to find out whether Gates had any other relationship with convicted Epstein.
