Billie Eilish reportedly faces paranoia as a result of past abuse and stalking incidents

According to reports, Billie Eilish is exhibiting symptoms of paranoia as a result of constant abuse from devoted fans and the constant attention that follows her wherever. According to insiders, the 23-year-old hitmaker is having a hard time coping with the extreme pressure that comes with being famous, and they are worried about her wellbeing.
Eilish filed a lawsuit against several stalkers in 2021, securing a restraining order against one man who kept showing up at her parents’ house and another who prowled around her house, even making unsettling gestures. The court filings state that the man once gave her a “throat-slitting gesture,” as RadarOnline reported.
The singer also received a second restraining order against Shawn Christopher McIntyre, 53, who had been harassing her on social media and threatening her friends and family.
Insider stated as reported by the outlet, “That really shook her” and has since developed severe anxieties and is afraid of the dark. She also fears that “someone hiding under her bed and closet.”
Following the occurrences, the singer also purchased two homes for her parents in the same Los Angeles neighborhood. As per an insider, “She stepped up her security detail and has taken to staying at her parents’ place because of fears that she’ll be spotted and harassed.”
The insider stated, “She just doesn’t want to be alone and doesn’t want to interact with folks she doesn’t know. It’s gotten very worrying for her friends.” The source added, “It’s troubling. She needs help to get through this.”
She disclosed that she suffered from depression and suicide thoughts as a result of the extreme pressures of being in the public eye while she was experiencing global success.
