Biscuit Chocolate Truffles Recipe
Life Style Life Style : 20 digestive biscuits
125 grams butter
200 grams condensed milk
2 teaspoons cocoa
125 grams desiccated coconut
To roll out the chocolate flavored strands (or desiccated coconut), place the digestive biscuits in a plastic bag and beat with a rolling pin until crumbs form.
Put butter and condensed milk in a pan on low flame and cook until the butter melts. Let it cool a little.
Add the biscuits, cocoa powder and desiccated coconut to the melted butter mixture and stir to combine.
Form ping pong ball-sized truffles from the mixture (dipping your hands in water between forming each ball will help keep the mixture from sticking to your fingers).
Place the chocolate strands (or desiccated coconut) into a plastic bag, then gently drop in a few truffle balls and carefully roll until they are completely covered with the strands (or coconut).
Let the truffles cool before serving.
