BITSAT 2025 registration begins tomorrow; apply at bitsadmission.com

New Delhi: The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani will begin the BITS Admission Test (BITSAT) 2025 registration process tomorrow, January 21. The BITSAT 2025 application link will be available on the official website at bitsadmission.com.

The BITSAT entrance exam is conducted as a computer-based test. The exam is held to shortlist candidates for admission to integrated first-degree programmes offered by the Pilani Campus, K K Birla Goa Campus and Hyderabad campus.

The official notice reads, ‘The online application process for BITSAT 2025 will begin on January 21, 2025. All other relevant details regarding the application procedure, eligibility, and important dates will be updated soon. Please keep an eye on this space for updates.’

BITSAT 2024 application fee

The application fee for appearing in one or both sessions and the additional charges if session 2 is added later is tabulated below-

BITSAT 2025 eligibility requirements

The below requirements are necessary to apply and appear in the BITSAT exam-

  • Candidates must have qualified Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognized state or central board in the year 2023 or 2024
  • Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are the mandatory subjects required in Class 12.
  • A minimum of 75 per cent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 60 per cent in each subject is required.
  • Those who are already studying at any of the BITS campuses are not eligible.

As per the BITSAT exam pattern, the test will be of 390 marks conducted for a duration of three hours. As per the BITSAT marking scheme, three marks will be awarded for each correct answer. For an incorrect response, one mark will be deducted.
