BJP Candidate Analysis: BJP has released the second list for Delhi Assembly elections 2025. In the second list, BJP has announced the names of 29 candidates. In this list, BJP has also given tickets to 5 women including the former CM's son. Besides expressing confidence in his 8 councilors, he has fielded them. On Friday, a meeting of BJP Core Committee and (CEC) was held at the house of BJP National President JP Nadda. In which the names of these candidates were decided.

BJP has fielded Harish Khurana, son of former Delhi Chief Minister Madan Lal Khurana, from Moti Nagar. BJP has canceled the ticket of sitting MLA Mohan Singh Bisht, the party has fielded former AAP leader Kapil Mishra in his place from Karawal Nagar. Whereas, sitting MLA from Laxmi Nagar Abhay Verma will contest elections again from his seat. In 2020, he won this seat by a margin of just over 800 votes.

Bharatiya Janata Party has also expressed confidence in 8 councilors in its second list. It includes Kamal Bagri, Urmila Kailash Gangwal, Gajendra Daral, Manoj Kumar Jindal, Neelam Pehalwan, Umang Bajaj, Priyanka Gautam and Anil Gaur. Let us tell you that Kamal Bagri is a councilor from Ward 80, BJP has given him ticket from Ballimaran. Meanwhile, the party has fielded Ward 94 councilor Urmila Kailash Gangwal from Madipur, Ward 35 councilor Gajendra Singh Daral from Mundka, Ward 70 BJP councilor Manoj Kumar Jindal from Sadar Bazar. Expressing confidence in Ward 128 councilor Neelam Pehalwan, the party has given her ticket from Najafgarh. Neeraj Basoya was one of the veteran leaders of Congress, but last year he left Congress and joined BJP. Neeraj Basoya has got the ticket from Kasturba Nagar. Priyanka Gautam had left Aam Aadmi Party and joined BJP.
