BJP celebrated 47th Foundation Day with pomp, reiterated the resolve of ‘Developed India 2047’
The world’s largest political party Bharatiya Janata Party celebrated its 47th foundation day with great pomp in the entire country as well as Bihar on Monday. The state office located in the capital Patna was decorated with flowers and colorful lights. A festive atmosphere was seen during the program with flag hoisting, tributes and fireworks.
State President hoisted the flag
State President Sanjay Saraogi hoisted the party flag and wished the workers on their Foundation Day. During this, he paid tribute by garlanding the statues of Deendayal Upadhyay and Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.
Special event with 47 kg laddus and 47 lamps
To make the Foundation Day symbolically special, 47 kg sweets were distributed and 47 lamps were lit. During this, there was tremendous enthusiasm among the workers and fireworks were also done in the state office premises.
Party’s message reaches every booth
Sanjay Saraogi said that BJP is not just a political party but an idea. He called upon the workers to hoist the party flag at every booth and convey the story of development to the voters. He said that the workers move forward with the mantra of “nation first”.
Mention of Prime Minister Modi’s vision
State President Sanjay Saraogi, quoting the views of Narendra Modi, said that BJP is working on the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas”. Reiterating the goal of a developed India by 2047, he appealed to the workers to make continuous efforts.
BJP does not step back from commitment
Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that BJP is a committed party. It fulfills what it promises. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the country is continuously becoming stronger and the principle of Antyodaya is being taken forward.
Senior workers were honored
Senior party workers were honored on the occasion of Foundation Day. Many old workers including Vijay Gupta, Prakash Sharma, Krishna Mohan, Pramod Singh, Arjun Gupta were included in these.
New people took membership of the party
During the program, a large number of people from non-political families took membership of BJP. The State President welcomed all the new members and called upon them to work together with the organization.

At the end of the program, the leaders described BJP as a medium for nation building, public welfare and social service and said that the aim of the party is to play an important role in building a developed India.
