BJP government is cheating the unemployed youth of Haryana, Anurag Dhanda made many serious allegations.
Chandigarh: Aam Aadmi Party’s national media incharge Anurag Dhanda held a press conference at Chandigarh Press Club on Tuesday. During this, he said that the BJP government of Haryana has completely stalled the jobs system of the state. While the Punjab government has given government jobs to more than 60 thousand youth since 2022 and not a single recruitment has been stuck in court or paper has been leaked, whereas in Haryana, the future of the youth has been pushed into darkness.
Haryana government’s claim called sham
He told that the Haryana government claims to provide about 2 lakh jobs, but in reality the recruitment of only 1 lakh 20 thousand posts was completed. Of these, about 25 thousand candidates moved from Group D to Group C, due to which these posts became vacant again. This proves that the government is only presenting cosmetic figures, in reality it has no intention of providing employment to the youth. Apart from this, about 20 to 25 thousand posts of various departments are still stuck in the court case. In these eleven years, about 50 thousand employees retired, but the graph of new jobs kept falling and actually only 20 to 25 thousand youth could get jobs.
Dhanda’s statement on professor recruitment in Haryana
Keeping the recent recruitment process of Assistant Professor English as an example, Anurag Dhanda said that recruitment was to be done on 613 posts, but only 151 youth passed the written examination. The same youth of Haryana who are NET-JRF toppers, gold medalists and working in prestigious institutions across the country, were not given even 35% marks in the state examination by an organization like HPSC. This raises serious questions on both the examination system and intentions of the government. More than three thousand posts are lying vacant in colleges and universities, but the government releases recruitment after a long time and then leaves more than half of those posts vacant.
“The government has created a maze of recruitments”
Anurag Dhanda said that the government in Haryana has created such a maze of recruitments that qualified youth are not able to understand whether they will get a job even after passing the examination or not. The government deliberately leaves loopholes in many important recruitments so that they get stuck in court and appointments are not made for months and years. This is injustice to the youth of the entire state. The worrying thing is that the government is now allowing people from outside states to apply without domicile and is removing Haryana GK from the examinations, which clearly shows that outside candidates are being given advantage by pushing the youth of Haryana back.
Government accused of hiding data of qualifying candidates
Anurag Dhanda said that the BJP government is hiding the data of CET Group C qualifying candidates because their game of “job theft” will be exposed if the truth comes out. Challenging the government, he said, if the BJP government is honest, then tell how many candidates have passed the CET Group C main examination. Why is this government not telling, because the intentions of the BJP government are flawed.
He warned Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh that the youth of Haryana will now stand up for their rights and give a strong reply to this corrupt employment system.
