The information given by Fahad Ahmed to the Election Commission is incomplete and inconsistent. Kirit Somaiya has claimed that he has given wrong information about the property. Fahad Ahmed has included the house as movable asset in his property. Information about its survey number and area has not been given. In fact, it is necessary to include the flat in real estate. Kirit Somaiya claimed that it has been mentioned in movable property.
He has shown an income of Rs 4 lakh 90 thousand 140 in taxable income. He has shown that he has spent Rs 20 lakh 59 thousand 583 to pay the premium of LIC. This means that the amount invested by them in LIC is many times more than their income. Therefore, Kirit Somaiya has said that the information given by him about the income is inconsistent. The candidate has not given proper information to the Election Commission about his investments, share holdings, valuation of various companies. There is discrepancy in the income and expenditure of the candidate. He said that the total income of the candidate for the period of five years from 2019 to 2024 has been shown to be only Rs 6 lakh 42 thousand 690.
The process of closing down two of the three companies mentioned by candidate Fahad Ahmed is underway. Due to all these matters, prima facie it is seen that candidate Fahad Ahmed has given improper and wrong information to the Election Commission in all matters like his income, expenditure, participation in various companies, investment in various companies. It is necessary to investigate this entire type. Therefore, Kirit Somaiya has demanded from the Central Chief Election Commissioner that the Election Commission should seek clarification from the candidate Fahad Ahmed.
