New Delhi. The case of rape, blackmailing and IT Act filed against the advocate by the BJP leader has now gained political significance. A video related to the case has gone viral on social media. This video has now created a stir within the BJP. Now many BJP leaders and others may face blame regarding this matter. Let us tell you that the BJP leader had lodged a report at Bhupalpura police station in Udaipur district of Rajasthan. In this report, the victim has accused advocate Vishal Gurjar of blackmailing her by making objectionable videos with AI. The victim also alleged that the accused had blackmailed her and pressurized her to have physical relations. The police have arrested the accused advocate.

The BJP leader said that she was in touch with advocate Vishal Gurjar since a year ago. Five months ago, the accused had called her to his office and given her a cold drink, after which she felt dizzy and fainted. The BJP leader alleges that while she was unconscious, the accused had made an obscene video of the woman and started blackmailing her through it. After the victim filed a case, the police detained the accused advocate from his house. The family members of the advocate allege that the police had forcibly entered the house by breaking the door. Along with this, the police confiscated CCTV DVR and mobile phones of everyone and beat up the family members. The accused’s wife met the SP and demanded change of the investigating officer.
