Uttar Pradesh: BJP MLA from Faridpur assembly of Bareilly district, Dr. Shyam Bihari Lal died of heart attack on Friday. This tragic incident happened when he had come to the Circuit House to attend a meeting of Livestock Minister Dharampal Singh. After the meeting ended, his health suddenly deteriorated and he started having trouble breathing.
