Muslims Join BJP Roadshow: Bharatiya Janata Party national president Nitin Naveen on Saturday started his first Uttar Pradesh tour with a grand road show in the capital Lucknow. The enthusiasm of the workers was at its peak in the 18 kilometer long road show from the airport to the BJP state headquarters. Amidst flower showers and welcome programs at various places, BJP demonstrated the strength of the organization before the upcoming assembly elections.

A large number of Muslims participated

At one place, Nitin Naveen also waved the traditional sword while greeting the supporters. Participation of various communities was also seen in the road show. A large number of Muslim women wearing burqa and Muslim men wearing caps attended the welcome programmes. Representatives of the Christian community, church priests and nuns in Alambagh area also welcomed the National President by presenting a bouquet.

Rath Yatra with State President Pankaj Chaudhary

State President Pankaj Chaudhary was also present with him on the chariot. Workers greeted him with flower garlands, shower of flowers and slogans at dozens of places on the 18 kilometer long route from the airport to the BJP state headquarters. The enthusiasm of the workers during the road show was worth seeing.

The sound of drums, ‘Jai Shri Ram’ And amidst slogans being raised in support of BJP, a large number of workers kept walking in front of the chariot. The National President was welcomed by showering flowers from bulldozers at many places.

Will attend the organizational meeting

Nitin Naveen is in Uttar Pradesh on a stay of about 36 hours. On Saturday, he will hold an organizational meeting with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, State President Pankaj Chaudhary, ministers, MPs and MLAs. Apart from this, the upcoming election strategy will be discussed in different rounds of meetings with the new state team, officials and senior leaders.

Preparations for 2027 assembly elections will gain momentum

This tour is considered important from political point of view for BJP. The party is busy reviewing the performance in Uttar Pradesh in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and speeding up preparations for the 2027 assembly elections. The priority of the organization is to strengthen the network up to the booth level, cultivate social equations and sharpen the election strategy.
