BJP will announce candidates for Delhi Assembly elections on this date, 25 names will be in the first list…
New Delhi:- BJP has intensified its preparations for Delhi Assembly elections. If reports are to be believed, BJP may release the first list of candidates on or before December 25. The party high command has issued instructions for this.
According to the information, BJP has announced a 21-member state election committee on Wednesday. Which is entrusted with the task of screening potential candidates. If the news of an English newspaper is to be believed, senior BJP leaders have confirmed this. In which he told that the party can release the first list of its candidates for Delhi elections on or before December 25.
A senior leader of the party says that at least 25 candidates can be announced in the first list. For this, BJP's National General Secretary (Organization) BL Santosh has issued instructions. In which it has been said that this should be done without any delay.
If reports are to be believed, senior BJP leaders say that the process of finalizing the candidates will not be done by the State Election Committee alone. Rather, a core committee will be formed to review potential candidates. After this, the final decision will be taken in the meeting of the Central Election Committee chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
For this reason BJP could not announce candidates
If reports are to be believed, BJP has not announced the candidates yet because there is a possibility of reshuffle in the state unit. It is being said that another reason for the delay in releasing the list of candidates is the ongoing session of Parliament. Not only this, due to the arrival of new leaders from other parties and the claims of existing BJP members, BJP is also facing problems in many assembly seats.
BJP has not announced even a single name yet
Let us tell you that Aam Aadmi Party has announced its candidates for all 70 assembly seats. Whereas Congress has fielded its candidates on 21 seats. Congress is yet to finalize the names of 49 candidates. Apart from this, BJP has not declared the name of even a single candidate yet. Everyone's eyes are on BJP's list, while BJP workers are also waiting for the candidate to be declared.
