Bengaluru. 'Partner Swap Club' has been busted in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka. It was being run in the name of “swingers”. The accused used to entice couples to change partners for sex. After this, women were exploited by blackmailing.
The Central Crime Branch of Bengaluru Police has arrested two youths named Harish and Hemant in this case. Both were running a “girlfriend swapping” racket under the guise of private parties.
A complaint was lodged with CCB by an aggrieved woman. The woman told that she was forced into swapping. When the police officers investigated, the matter was found to be true. After this this racket was busted.
The victim said that she was forced to have sex with the accused and their acquaintances. If people protested, they were threatened to make private pictures viral. According to information received from police sources, the victim was in a relationship with one of the accused. The accused had blackmailed many women in similar manner earlier also.
According to the police officer, the accused forced the victim to have intimate relations with others. On refusing, they started blackmailing in the name of photographs. Both the arrested youths are habitual criminals. They have been involved in similar activities earlier also.
The accused used WhatsApp groups to organize private parties on the outskirts of Bengaluru. These parties were the mask of their illegal activities. During investigation, many obscene pictures and videos of women were found with the accused. These were used by the accused to blackmail the victims. Police are interrogating the accused. Trying to find out how many women he has blackmailed.
