This edition is for those people who see people turning around when they walk on the road. With a blacked-out look, premium cabin and fully-loaded features, this SUV now looks even more regal.
On which variant is the Star Edition based and what is the price?
Mahindra Thar Roxx Star Edition is based on the top-spec AX7L variant. Its starting ex-showroom price has been kept at ₹ 16.85 lakh. The company has started its booking and the delivery is also expected to start soon.

- Diesel MT – ₹16.85 lakh
- Petrol AT – ₹17.85 lakh
- Diesel AT – ₹18.35 lakh
Engine and Performance: Same power, same reliability
Mechanically, no changes have been made in this SUV. The petrol version has a 2.0 liter mStallion turbo petrol engine, which gives 177 PS power and 380 Nm torque. Whereas the diesel version has 2.2 liter mHawk engine. This SUV comes only in RWD (Rear Wheel Drive), 4×4 option is not given in it.
