Sanjay Manjrekar raises question on Sarfaraz Khan batting position: The third test match between India and New Zealand is going on at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Sarfaraz is being criticized for his poor performance but former Indian player Sanjay Manjrekar has indirectly targeted captain Rohit Sharma and head coach Gautam Gambhir.
In fact, Sarfaraz Khan was sent much lower down his regular batting order. This powerful batsman has so far played at number 5 on most of the occasions, but to maintain the left-right combination in Mumbai, Sarfaraz was sent to bat at number 8.
