There is a big good news for Sarfaraz Khan, who scored a century in the first test against New Zealand, before the second test. A little guest has entered Sarfaraz's house.

A big good news has emerged for Sarfaraz Khan, who scored a century in the first Test against New Zealand, before the second Test. Sarfaraz and his wife Romana Zahoor became parents for the first time on Monday, October 21. The couple got married on August 7 last year and now almost a year later, Sarfaraz has become a father.

On this happy occasion, Sarfaraz's father Naushad Khan also shared a picture with the newborn and his elder son on Instagram, celebrating his becoming a grandfather. Sarfaraz made his international debut against England earlier this year and recently scored his maiden Test century in the first Test between India and New Zealand at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Sarfaraz is also going to celebrate his birthday on Tuesday (22nd October) and he will turn 27 years old. In such a situation, being blessed with their first child on the eve of their birthday is going to double their happiness. The right-handed batsman also posted a photo on his Instagram story, in which he is happily holding the newest member of his family in his lap.

If we talk about Sarfaraz, he scored three half-centuries in three matches against England. Nevertheless, he did not get a chance in the playing eleven in the Test series against Bangladesh, which ended earlier this month. However, he got a chance in the first Test against the Kiwis after Shubman Gill was ruled out due to neck stiffness. Sarfaraz took full advantage of his opportunity and gave the team management a headache regarding selection. Gill is expected to return to the team for the second Test starting in Pune on Thursday, October 24. Sarfaraz, who scored a brilliant 150 off 195 balls, can retain his place in the team if India drop KL Rahul and give Gill a chance.
