Try to keep your body warm in winter

Always keep your body warm in cold weather, cover your head, ears, neck, hands and feet and go out. Do light exercise every day and get some sunlight, stay away from stress, get enough sleep, hot soup, herbal tea, steam and light walk are beneficial. Do not reduce water intake in winter, hydration is very important. Keep checking BP regularly and take medicines on time.
