BMW Motorrad India has increased the prices of its bike models from 2025, there will be an increase of 2.5 percent.

Obnews Automobile Desk: BMW Motorrad India has announced an increase in the prices of all its bike models by 2.5 percent. This price increase will be effective from January 1, 2025. The company has attributed this increase to rising production costs and inflationary pressure. The revised prices will be applicable on ex-showroom price of all models of BMW India.

Reason for increase in prices

BMW Motorrad India says that due to increase in production costs and inflationary pressure, the company had to increase its prices. The company has also clarified that this price increase will be for their entire portfolio, which includes all BMW bike models.

BMW Motorrad India's portfolio and available models

BMW Motorrad India started its operations in April 2017 as the Indian subsidiary of BMW Group. The company currently sells three locally assembled models in India – BMW G 310 R, BMW G 310 GS, and BMW G 310 RR. Additionally, BMW Motorrad India's CBU (Completely Built Unit) lineup includes M models, adventure motorcycles, roadsters, touring bikes and others.

The company also sells two electric two-wheelers, CE 02 and CE 04. All BMW two-wheelers in India come with a standard warranty of three years.

Cheapest and most expensive bike of BMW

BMW Motorrad India's last two-wheeler launch in India was the CE 02 electric scooter, which is priced at Rs 4.50 lakh, ex-showroom. Furthermore, the cheapest bike of BMW is G 310 R, which is priced at Rs 2.90 Lakh (ex-showroom), while the most expensive bike is M 1000 RR, which is priced at Rs 49 Lakh, ex-showroom.
