Apart from this, BNP can also invite all the regional heads of state. Tariq Rahman’s foreign affairs advisor Humayun Kabir, while talking to PTI, has clarified that it is time for both the countries to change their old assumptions. He said that India has to understand that Sheikh Hasina and Awami League no longer exist in today’s Bangladesh.

The BNP has appealed to India not to give shelter on its soil to “terrorists” like Sheikh Hasina, who attempted to destabilize Bangladesh. According to Humayun Kabir, if India behaves respectfully under the policy of ‘Neighbor First’, then both the countries can touch new dimensions of development.
