Many students become so engrossed in preparing for exams that they forget to take care of their health.
It is not considered good to forget the body during exam preparation. Students may also have to face many health related problems. If your health deteriorates, your performance in exams may also deteriorate. Therefore, it becomes important to take care of health while preparing for the exam.

Students may suffer from pain in neck, eyes, head, back, waist, muscles and legs by sitting and studying for a long time. There may also be a complaint of obesity. Reading excessively is not considered good for mental health, it can also affect productivity during exams. Here are some tips, by following which you can take care of your physical fitness along with preparing for the board exam-
Do follow these tips
- Pay attention to all subjects. Take breaks every now and then between studying each subject. You can take a break of 10 to 15 minutes after studying any subject for two hours.
- Don't use the phone too much. Excessive screen time can have adverse effects on the eyes. You may also have trouble reading.
- While preparing for the exam, definitely take care of your diet. Maintain proper protein and fiber intake. Include dry fruits, green vegetables and fruits in your diet. Drink two to three liters of water a day. Do not exceed the quantity of tea and coffee.
- Along with studies, make time for exercise and yoga for physical fitness.
- While studying, you can do exercises like stretching, neck roll, common circle, shoulder roll. You can also use soft balls for hands. To avoid back and waist pain, you can take help of exercises like cat stretch, spine twist, leg raise, chair rotation.
- Take special care of sleep. Make sure to complete 8 hours of sleep every day.
