In the last few days, about 40 flights operated by Indian airlines had received bomb threats, although all these were later proved to be false. The Civil Aviation Ministry is planning to implement strict rules, including putting perpetrators on a 'no-fly' list, to stop incidents of false bomb threats being received by airlines. The purpose of this list is to identify unruly passengers and ban them from boarding the aircraft.
