When startup founder took his father on office tour, Bombay Shaving Company’s emotional moment went viral
Startup Emotional Video: In childhood, many of us must have visited our parents’ office at some point or the other, where their world seemed very big and important to us, even if we could not understand the work completely. Years later, the same feeling was seen this time in the opposite role, when Shantanu Deshpande, founder and CEO of Bombay Shaving Company, came to take his father on a tour of his office.
Shantanu has shared the video of this special moment on Instagram. At the beginning of the video, he turns the camera towards himself and says, “Welcome to the office,” and it is seen written on the screen, “Baba’s tour of the new office.” After this begins a simple but heart-touching journey, which won the hearts of social media users.

Son gave father a tour of his office
In the video, Shantanu’s father is seen meeting the team members present in the office. During this time, he meets Deepak, the co-founder and COO of Bombay Shaving Company, who is humorously described in the caption as “Baba’s big fan”. Apart from this, he also has a conversation with Bombae’s co-founder and AI expert Siddha, where both are seen bonding over their love for Poha.
During the office tour, a special thing catches Shantanu’s father’s attention. An installation on the wall, on which it is written – “How do you feel today?” Here employees express their mood with the help of small orange blocks, such as Happy, Excited, Tender or Angry. Funny message written below this- “Whatever you feel, do 10 pull-ups” Makes the father laugh and also emotional.

Not just an office tour, but a glimpse of that generational journey
