Born Again Season 3 Set Photos Confirm 2 Big MCU Stars Are Returning

Some new Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 set photos confirm that two big MCU stars will be returning for the Marvel Television show’s next chapter.

Marvel Studios’ Daredevil: Born Again was released on Disney+ last year. The second season of the series, which serves as a continuation of the Netflix show, premiered last month, with new episodes continuing to drop on Tuesdays until the finale arrives on May 5. Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio both reprise their respective roles as Daredevil/Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk/Kingpin in Born Again.

Born Again was officially renewed for a third season last year. Production began this past March.

Who is returning for Daredevil: Born Again Season 3?

Someone Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 set photos have been shared on Twitter by @vinyl_justin. While they don’t reveal anything about the plot of the movie, they do show the trailers for Karen Page and JJ — Jessica Jones.

Karen Page, who is played by Deborah Ann Woll, returning for Season 3 isn’t especially surprising, as she’s been a main part of the show ever since the first season of Netflix’s Daredevil. Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones coming back, however, does invite some speculation. Many believe that Marvel is planning a The Defenders reunion — which would theoretically include Mike Colter’s Luke Cage and Finn Jones’ Danny Rand/Iron Fist — and Jessica’s inclusion in Born Again Season 3 certainly hints, though doesn’t confirm, that could indeed be the case.

The cast of Daredevil: Born Again further includes Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn, Michael Gandolfini as Daniel Blake, Nikki M. James as Kirsten McDuffie, Arty Froushan as Buck Cashman, Genneya Walton as BB Urich, Clark Johnson as Cherry, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter/Bullseye, and more.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 does not yet have a premiere date. The first three episodes of Season 2, along with the entirety of Season 1, are currently available to stream on Disney+.
