Have enough protein in the first meal of the day. Why trust only eggs? Hygienists say that protein can be kept in snacks even by excluding eggs. Mung bean sprouts

Sprouted Bean Salad
Soak green mugdal in water overnight. When it sprouts in the morning, steam it with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Or in a frying pan with a little oil, saute it with diced onions and tomatoes. Add salt, little chilli, lemon juice. Spread carrot, cucumber slices on top while eating. You can also pay. Apart from filling the stomach, this food will provide energy for the whole day.

Dal Dosa
Soak chana dal, arahar and mashkalai for five hours. Beat it with dry chillies and cumin seeds. The method of preparation is similar to that of chilla. You can keep coconut chutney while serving.

Umbrella wear
Take the chuttu by stirring it in a dry tawa. Add chopped onions, green chillies, cumin, lemon juice and mustard oil, kneading dough. Cut the lychees and roll them into patties. Fry in tawa with little oil or ghee. Enjoy with yogurt or pickles.

Chiran Polao
In a frying pan, fry sardines, curry leaves and green chillies in a little oil. Add groundnuts and chopped onions. When the almonds turn golden, chop the pre-washed almonds. Add turmeric, salt as needed. When ready, sprinkle lemon juice and coriander leaves before serving.

Sour Yogurt Parfait
No need to light the fire! Tie plain sour curd in a muslin cloth for a few hours. As the excess water drains out, the curd will curdle like cheese. Superfoods like crushed almonds, cashews, pumpkin or sunflower seeds, chopped fruits of your choice, mixed well with yogurt, the parfait is ready. While serving, sprinkle chopped dates and a spoonful of honey on top!
